Loved this class set my mind frame good for the days after all though my abs are sore 🤪🤣 so that’s a positive that it’s working or I worked haha dees great does this class like a boss lady and motivates and also has the laughs there as well I come away feeling up lifted 🥰 knackered 🤣 but uplifted 🥰
