JACK GLEADOW
Multi Award-Winning stand-up comedian and Hull local, Jack Gleadow, is one of the most unique performers on the UK comedy circuit today. He takes his inspiration from the golden era of variety. Jack is a One-Man Variety Show with the use of sounds, stories, jokes and a scooter and has got off to a good start by already performing for Harry Hill!
Currently supporting Jason Manford on tour, Jack has also supported and performed with Lloyd Griffiths, Reginald D Hunter, Joe Lycett, Russell Kane, Sean Walsh and Miles Jupp.

MAXINE WADE
Maxine is a Leeds based comic, renowned for her leopard print outfits, addictive laugh and her loveable comedy. Her stage presence and comedic delivery is always well received and remembered by audiences.
She won Best Breakthrough Act at the Yorkshire Comedy Awards 2023, regional finalist in BBC’s New Comedy Award, finalist in Hull Comedian of the year 2023 and Chortle Student Comedian of the Year semi finalist 2024 and was chosen as part of this years ‘Best in Class’ showcase at the Edinburgh Fringe. Where she received a 4 star review, and won the Edinburgh ISH Comedy Award Panel Prize.

R he set up change to stage was much better. James Kilvington worked the audience really well and was better than the 3 acts. Tom Taylor was the better of the 3 acts. Price was good value for money but felt that the bar service could have been improved by having staff behind the upstairs bar before the comedy gig started.

Great night out, a variety of comedy acts to enjoy, a tasty curry and rice in with the price, and a good selection of drinks at the bar. Seats are pews so something to consider when thinking about what clothes to wear - you might want to take a jumper, if only to sit on!

It was dead good! We really enjoyed the night from start to finish. The acts were brilliant, the stand up and imrov comedians alike. Of course the curry was amazing too! Will definitely be back again. Sorry for late review!

Well organised, staff were really friendly. Only feedback would be to make it easier to order a vegetarian option with food. All comedians were excellent, we had a fantastic night.
