TweetWe’ve been bringing stand up comedy to Helsby Sports Club for Seven Whole Years and we’re marking the occasion with an absolutely top class line up:
Paul Tonkinson - Circuit legend with over 30yrs of experience, he’s appeared on pretty much every show you can think of and is genuinely on the best in the business
Jenny Hart - Jenny worked the South East Comedy circuit for a while and gained a reputation as one of the most exciting new acts on the circuit. She decided to move up North and have a crack at the best comedy scene and we’re really glad she did. She mixes hilarious songs with just the right level of cheekiness and has audiences in fits of laughter
Justin Moorhouse - Legend
Hosting the show of course, is resident compere Colin Havey

Great night ..well organised..fantastic friendly venue..Colin works hard to make sure acts and audience both have a great time ..Runcorn is lucky to be the home of giggleshack comedy ! If you want a night to escape the daily grind get ya tickets to the next comedy night !!😍

Great night out ruined by a cramped venue and 6 very drunk women behind us who kept spilling drinks and talking and giggling like school girls behind us. We couldn't hear the acts very well due to this,we ended up leaving at around 9:45.What we did hear we enjoyed tho.

Absolutely loved all three acts last night and as usual Colin the compare created the best atmosphere just a shame I did have to ask the ladies on the next table to stop talking over one of the acts but Colin runs a tight ship so thanks again five stars all round from young Charlie Dimmock and co
