The older man with a childish mind and a naughty streak is always entertaining and original and naturally funny but not afraid to do simple shouty silly voices. Excellent advice from Martin who, as an experienced MC and comedian really knows the business inside and out. Had a clear vision of how to highlight the key points in MC ing a night. Happy to answer questions and very focused session. Learned a lot and looking forward to the next session.

We only paid £2.50 as we didn't know if the acts would be any good. 2 of the acts were top notch! Would have paid more to see them. Might be worth having a bucket at the door or card reader for anyone who would like to donate more. Also - toward the end, the customers at the back were getting a bit rowdy, making it hard to hear the act. Be worth the bar staff stepping in to let the customers know they're not watching TV.
