TweetOur World famous double headliner show returns for March with two of the best comedians from the UK comedy circuit. Joining us this month are...
ALEX HYLTON
Alex Hylton is one of the fastest rising comics in the Midlands and a presenter and writer for BlueMoonRisingTv. A youthful, energetic new act with relatable anecdotes of adolescence, mixing in one-liners and a smudge of surrealism to create a likable and unique style, Alex is tipped by many to go all the way.
‘Alex quickly engages the audience with his likeable self-effacing style, grabbing their attention with some well-crafted comedic material, and a smart deft handling of an audience’s mood. All resulting in a rare stage maturity for such a young comedian.’ John Elson, Voodoo Lounge
‘A really confident performer, hard to believe he’s only been going a year, set seems well structured and very comfortable on stage!’ – Colin Manford, Manford’s Comedy Clubs
'Alex Hylton matched the mood of the room perfectly with laid back stories (with good punch lines) that had the room captivated the entire time, great delivery and persona.' - Roger Swift - Comedian and Promoter, Teknicolour Smoof
'A rosy-cheeked young chap by the name of Alex Hylton, who did so well that all the old comedians were promptly sick to their stomachs’ - Rob Halden - Comedian and promoter, Juice Comedy
RICKY BALSHAW
A quick-witted, slow walking, fast rising star, Ricky Balshaw is without question, the funniest Paralympic Dressage medallist in the UK, perhaps the world.
Stepping over his cerebral palsy like it’s the mildest of inconveniences, Ricky pulls his audience into a joyfully dark world of self-depreciating hilarity. No sympathy vote is needed (or accepted) as Ricky dominates comedy stages up and down the UK.
A brilliant joke-smith and storyteller, this young man has comedy greatness in his bones.

Had a really good night, didn't find one of the Acts funny but the others were very entertaining especially Sean Percival.
