Join us for a fantastic comedy fundraiser in partnership with House of Stand Up! This special event is designed to bring our community together for a fun-filled evening while supporting the Warlingham Village Primary School PTA. The PTA plays a vital role in funding projects that enrich our school community, making a meaningful difference in ways that wouldn’t be possible without your support.

ARTHUR SMITH
Arthur has a unique, brilliant talent and ability to provide light entertainment whilst also still finding new and interesting ways to make people laugh. He's also one of the many 'Grumpy Old Men' that appear on BBC 2's hit show.
This grumpy old man par excellence presents the BBC Radio 4 show 'Excess Baggage' and has written four plays including 'An Evening With Gary Lineker' and 'Live Bed Show'.
His standup topics range from vigorous yodelling to mediaeval literature via death by drink. His delivery is relaxed and sardonic,but his shows are a surprising, dark and witty treat.

There is no parking attached to the hall but a small car park is nearby. Restricted street parking from 8am until 6pm in immediate area, but plenty of street parking within 250 yards.
Other Information:
Doors Open at 6.00pm. Comedy starts at 7:00pm. Seating is unreserved. We work on a strictly first come first served basis, we recommend customers arrive as early as possible to get the best seats. Sorry to learn Bobby Davro was quite unwell, get well soon Bobby and VERY happy Terry Alderton stepped up. He was brilliant and well supported by Andrew Maxwell & Jack Skipper who were very funny. It ended as a great Friday night in Bexley. Quincy held it all together and I enjoyed his comedy too. Well done all!

Terry Alderton was brilliant! Hilarious! Quincy laughed at his own jokes too much and spent too much time having banter with the front row. Andrew Maxwell was too political and too loud. Jack Skipper was ok but used the ‘c’ word when it wasn’t necessary. Overall, not the best comedy night I’ve been too at Bexley, and the seats were much too close together - obviously to cram more people in.

Couldn't attend the event, due to massive traffic congestion in the area, leaving our roads blocked! Also had, earlier, requested a refund from JokePit, due to the main artist Bobby Davro being unfortunately admitted to hospital, who we really wanted to see, and a standin replacing him. Unfortunately JokePit failed to respond to my email ☹️
