A really great evening with Steve Speirs, Lynn Hunter, Kimberley Nixon & Ben McGregor. Lots of amusing anecdotes and behind the scences stories. A sham it was held in a room above a band playing in the Wellington as part of the Brecon Jazz Festival. Must get a petition going to bring back the Tuckers for some more series.

Outstanding performance, next best thing to sitting in the front room of the Tuckers set! Have not laughed so much for a long time! Steve Spiers has a talent to make the most ridiculous situation not just funny but hilarious and entertaining. Fantastic to hear how the filming went, how it all came about and some amazing snippets from Peggy, Bobs and Lush! Call out also for a compere who ensured everyone had a good time and got involved! Brilliant performance, highly recommended and Big Al really is as he appears… Well worth a watch!!!! Why is this not on our screens? Well done to the cast for speaking loudly when the Brecon Jazz festival was happening downstairs and outside. Venue could have been more accommodating to this.

The host's risky standup routine didn't match the Tucker's good, clean honest humour and once his jokes dried up, the host set about the audience asking what they did for a living which got somewhat tedious; it wasn't funny. When the Cast members eventually joined us in the room, there was one microphone to share and it all looked quite awkward as it was passed from one member to another and back again. The large conference type room was almost empty so it must have been difficult for the actors to feel any appreciation of their talent; this may be due to ticket price but it was also during the Jazz Festival. The noise of the live band playing downstairs whilst Mr Spiers and the cast were being interviewed was overwhelmingly distracting. It was definitely the wrong night for this event and the wrong location. I didn't really know what to expect from the evening and although I enjoyed seeing the Tucker's cast, I didn't like the format and felt quite sorry for them. I didn’t like the host and wouldn't go again to this sort of event.
