The comedy was good however venue changed at short notice. Not been to Butcher's Arms for an event there before so didn't realise it would be outdoors in beer garden - benches and fold up chairs. Although undercover it was very wet and cold. Would have dressed more suitably if I'd have been told in advance. Not acceptable. Arrived late, no-one checked our tickets and there was nowhere to sit. Quite a few left at the interval due to the cold so we found seats for 2nd half. Atmosphere was generally good but spoiled by a drunken scuffle at the end of the show which was embarrassing. No security to step in as presumably organisers don't expect this sort of thing in Rhiwbina. Maybe need to rethink.

We should have been told it was outside, as my coat, hat and gloves were not sufficient. The heaters kept going off and meant climbing on chairs / tables to put them back on for another 5 mins. Someone should have also stepped in earlier to stop the loud talking at the back, which ended in the fight.

Robyn and Steve great. Change of venue with very little notice to a freezing outdoor space. No tickets checked going in. Compare completely misread the room resulting in an innocent punter who he’d made part of the act getting bullied during gig and a kicking from the same punter whilst still in the venue( not sure this group had paid to attend) no security to stop it. We go to a lot of comedy gigs very excited for this as very local won’t ever go to these gigs again .

Transfer to the Butcher’s Arms from the previous location at Rhiwbina Social Club was without rationality. A draughty, cold and uncomfortable fire risk which spoiled the entertainment.

The venue was totally unsuitable for the show, it was hard to enjoy with it being so cold and we left half way through. It was a shame because it was a good show, but probably would have been better if we knew we needed to dress for being outdoors. I think everyone around us was surprised at the venues conditions, and the fact gas heaters weren't checked for gas before we arrived! The infra red lights on the one side didn't work for most of the show, it really spoilt it.
